- Elections are for voters, not special interests or party officials. Secret political spending in campaigns is a major concern for our democracy, and many fear that special interests unfairly influence our elections and drown out the voices of Alaskan voters.
Join the Yes on 2 team for a statewide pep rally with supporters all across Alaska as we head into Election Day! - We'll hear from national campaign finance reform experts (including the Badass Grandmas of ND) to take a look at the integrity and fairness of our electoral process. Alaskans have a right to know who is spending money to influence their vote. A Yes on 2 will put the power of elections back in the hands of the people - where it belongs.

Politics is a divisive sport, and despite the allure of sleepy small towns, local races can be just as contentious and vitriolic as those on the national stage.
Join the Yes on 2 campaign for a conversation between Heather Lende, author of Of Bears and Ballots: An Alaskan Adventure in Small-Town Politics, and David Daley, author of Unrigged: How Americans Are Battling Back to Save Democracy.
Lende's book details her experience plunging headfirst into local politics as she ran for, and won, a seat on the Haines Borough Assembly in 2016. Daley's book chronicles the victories and defeats in state efforts to reform elections and uphold voting rights. With great humor and humility, together they'll discuss what we can do to fix our democracy in the age of increasing polarization and extremism
- Wednesday Oct. 14, 7-9 pm
- Join Alaska Common Ground for this discussion featuring an overview of the important reforms in Ballot Measure 2, and panelists from both sides of the issue.
- Saturday Oct. 10, 1-2 pm
Anchorage is one of the United States’ most ethnically diverse cities with more than 100 languages spoken in the city’s streets and schools, and the issues we face – especially in a time as unique as a global pandemic and social justice movements – differ greatly. Right now, we need elected officials who understand these differences and can work together to address them all. Politicians should not be serving private interest or toeing partisan politics, but working hard to make the life of each Alaskan better. Join this webinar featuring bipartisan, local, and expert panelists to discuss the ways in which Yes on 2 will increase diversity and inclusion in Alaska’s elections, and ultimately our representation. - Watch on Facebook

- Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) is a simple and common sense reform to increase competition and participation in our elections, encourage coalition building and cooperation among elected officials, and reduce negative campaigning.
Join Alaskan experts and national advisors to learn how RCV has been implemented in different states, and why voters prefer a system that gives them more choice, voice, and power. - Watch on Facebook
- September 29th at 2pm
- Listen to KCUK
- Watch the Yes on 2 team hear from Alaska campaign finance expert Paula DeLaiarro and other national leaders for a discussion on reform efforts to increase transparency for voters. Our current laws let out-of-state special interests spend millions of secret money in Alaska to influence our elections, without any transparency of who is backing a candidate.
Ballot Measure 2 will require full and immediate disclosure to fight corruption and protect the integrity of our elections. - Watch on Facebook
- Watch a panel of Alaskan speakers and national experts to discuss the importance of equity and representation in our elections, and how measures like Ranked Choice Voting can make an impact.
